We’re hiring for a food manufacturer with an experienced team in a fast-paced product category. They have a down-to-earth technical team and work side-by-side with a supportive Process Manager – there are real opportunities to grow and develop in this role.

What the role involves …
- Turning new product ideas into real, scalable factory-ready launches
- Running and owning factory trials, from raw materials to paperwork
- Improving processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
- Working cross-functionally with production, planning, and NPD
- Sitting in on taste panels and making product improvements based on feedback
- Navigating the technical bits – HACCP, critical control points, customer standards
What you will bring to the role …
- Solid experience in food manufacturing – ideally chilled or short shelf-life
- Familiarity with factory trials, product launches or process improvements
- Confidence to take ownership but a team-first mindset
- Strong organisational skills – you’re great at juggling multiple projects
- Awareness of retailer requirements and consumer trends
