With a reputation for food excellence and quality, they’re seeking a dynamic Process Development Manager to join their high-performing technical team. What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the development and scale-up of new food products from concept to full factory production.
- Driving improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Managing factory trials – coordinating materials, documentation, HACCP meetings, and signoffs.
- Collaborating with production, planning, and technical teams to ensure seamless trial execution.
- Engaging with customers during panels and supporting product refinement and optimisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in food manufacturing in process development or quality management
- Strong understanding of factory processes and ingredient functionality in large-scale production.
- Confident project manager with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in interpreting Retailer briefs and delivering viable solutions.
- Passionate about the food industry and a genuine interest in process and kit.
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
