Hybrid Working 

Salary: £55k–£60k + Car allowance + Benefits  – East Midlands

Your Role

As a National Account Manager, you’ll take full ownership of key retail accounts, building and strengthening relationships. You’ll be the primary contact for your customers, driving their agendas while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

You’ll manage all aspects of account activity, including:

  • Business Plans.
  • Promotional planning and execution.
  • Forecasting and performance reviews.
  • Collaboration across NPD, technical, and supply chain teams.
  • Delivering exceptional service and growth.

This role is about bringing fresh ideas to the sector and unlocking potential with existing customers.

 

Ideal Background

  • Experience as a National Account Executive or Junior NAM with direct retailer interaction.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturer–retailer dynamic.
  • Proven commercial achievements with major retail customers.
  • FMCG or food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Financially astute, and confident communicator.
  • Ambitious, detail-oriented, and ready to make your mark.
