If you’re looking for an HR generalist role with lots of activity in a FMCG business with pace this could be the ideal opportunity to move to somewhere new where there will be plenty of variety and no two days the same.

 

We’re partnering with a successful FMCG manufacturer in the Northwest to find an HR Business Partner who can thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. You’ll be working at the heart of a busy site, influencing senior leaders and getting hands-on with the full spectrum of HR activity.

Your focus will include:

  • Coaching and supporting line managers to develop capability.
  • Partnering with senior leaders on projects that drive engagement and improve culture.
  • Contributing to HR policy reviews, and organisational change.
  • Embedding a proactive, solutions-focused HR approach across the site.
  • All the classic HR generalist activities involved in FMCG manufacturing.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven HR experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or other fast-moving sectors.
  • Experience of larger manufacturing facilities for that knowledge and familiarity with grievances, disciplinaries and ever-changing priorities.
  • Resilient, agile and able to reprioritise with ease.
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
  • A natural communicator who can influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Down to earth, able to build relationships in the factory, with external contacts, with the senior teams – an engaging communicator driving a culture of inclusivity.
