The Factory Manager Role:

  • Managing Production Teams in a 24/7 factory
  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives across production
  • Always maintain the KPI suite consistently identifying cost savings and efficiencies
  • Challenge the current processes and structures
  • Engage the Team and gaining buy in and ideas
  • Reporting direct to the Site Manager
  • Key senior role in the business

 

What does your background look like?

  • Production background in Food Manufacturing ESSENTIAL
  • High energy – you thrive on a fast paced, deadline driven environments
  • Able to demonstrate Leadership within fast paced manufacturing environments
  • Target driven – with strong understanding of the direct costs and how to drive efficiencies
  • Attention to detail scores highly in our skill set
  • You are an influencer, an engager, your team work with and respect you
  • Strong, clear communicator
  • Proven history in improving and maintaining positive KPI figures
