Looking to specialise in Employee Relations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We’re partnering with an established production business to recruit a Senior ER Advisor to support a busy operational site. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing complex casework, guiding managers, and ensuring fair, consistent people practices across the business.

About the role

• Leading on a wide range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
• Providing expert guidance and coaching to line managers on ER matters
• Supporting investigations and ensuring best practice and compliance
• Contributing to policy development and continuous improvement of ER processes
• Working closely with HR and operational teams to drive consistent, people-focused outcomes

What background do you need for this Senior ER Advisor role?

• Strong ER experience within manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment – essential
• Confident managing complex and high-volume casework
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Resilient, organised and able to manage competing priorities
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
• A credible communicator who can influence and challenge constructively
