In this role, you will take ownership of the full end-to-end product development process. At a well-invested site, this manufacturer is market-leading in terms of market share and growth potential.

You’ll be part of an established development team working on a broad mix of new product launches and product optimisation projects, gaining exposure across all functions.

What this role offers:

• Autonomy in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Responsibility for leading product trials and overseeing multiple projects to challenging deadlines.
• Involvement in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day product development activity.
• Close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Technical, and wider business teams.
• Direct engagement with customers, including supporting visits and presentations.
• Full ownership across the end-to-end product development process – from initial concept through to factory launch and beyond.

About you:

• Experienced as a Development Technologist within food manufacturing.
• Organised, adaptable, and confident managing several projects at once.
• Skilled in critical path management and project delivery.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing kit and processes, with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
• Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
