The NPD Manager Role – highlights:

• NPD is a key jewel in their crown, and this is a critical appointment.
• Encompasses the entire process from concept right through to launch.
• Adherence to systems and processes with an eye for the detail and driving improvements.
• Requires a coach who can lead and develop the team.
• Will be the lead on all briefs and the main customer contact.
• Will work closely with commercial from Director level down.

 

Your background:

• Must include proven development experience in food manufacturing.
• Will cover product development or senior level food industry chef experience.
• The food industry will have given you knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• Will have honed your inclusive, team focused management approach.
