- Technical Lead developing all technical processes and systems and ensure the site is BRC ready.
- Working cross functionally ensuring strong communication between the key functions.
- Setting the standards for audits and developing a framework for all functions on best practice.
- Implementation of the QMS that is fully fit for purpose for the growth agenda.
- Liaise with all external Technical bodies to ensure a strong partnering approach is in place.

Your background – the ideal food manufacturing background required for this role:
- Technical Management experience in Food Manufacturing is essential.
- Proven achievements in developing technical manufacturing processes.
- Experienced in manufacture for retail.
- Demonstrable network in the industry with the major retailers, able to build and develop those further.
- The communication skills to communicate the strategic and short-term technical agenda and activities with clarity across all functions.
