If you are keen in playing your part to shape a business – this engineering role is a pivotal role to the change agenda.  As the Senior Engineering lead on site, you will have a key role in the management team, advising operations and supply chain on the drivers for performance and the investment needed to implement change.   Working externally with contractors and internally shaping the engineering team to drive a continuous improvement manufacturing facility.

This is a leadership role managing the engineering team and capex budgets.  The site makes market leading products and needs to develop its equipment to sustain the customer service and efficiency levels. It’s a real time of change with some great opportunities.

This is an immediate start for an experienced hygiene expert who understands the food industry, how factories tick and what is required when leading the team.  A Monday to Friday operation, they need a hygiene expert who can lead from the front, identify the key areas of focus on a daily basis and coach the team to meet high hygiene standards at all times.  Food industry experience in manufacture for retail environments is essential.
