Commercial Executive – Hybrid role
£35k plus car allowance

This is an ideal role for a commercial analyst who has had some experience in the food or FMCG industry and is familiar with the pace that environment runs at and the demands of supplying the major retailers. If you are starting to develop your commercial career and looking for that next step to having more direct contact with the retailer, this role could offer that development and growth as you expand your skill set in the role.
Other points to highlight are Hybrid working and a commercial team who have a positive and welcoming atmosphere. There are some really experienced individuals and those who have recently progressed so lots of contacts to learn from and engage with in those first few critical weeks.
It is a fast paced environment, as mentioned above, so will probably suit someone who enjoys variety and having to think on their feet. Confidence in all areas of communication is also critical to grow and develop the relationship with the retailer and your internal colleagues in all departments.
A numbers savvy individual will find those skills really helpful to understand the data and contribute to internal meetings. It also enables effective decision making when interpreting the marketing and sales data. As mentioned above, there are some excellent mentors to learn from here and you won’t be thrown in at the deep end. The training programme and support provided is tried and tested and has developed others starting off with the commercial function.
