As part of the Senior Management Team driving the Environmental, Health and Safety culture forward, this is a prominent position and, in this SME, (due to its size and culture) you will see the impact your input has on all functions.

£450 per day inclusive of all expenses

This interim assignment has a July start date and you must have food industry experience.

 

As Interim Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for a small team on this busy and thriving manufacturing site. This contract will suit a natural people manager who is used to working in food manufacturing environments at a fast pace with ever changing priorities. Driving when needed, coaching, motivating and above all – communicating clearly. Setting standards, getting the team back to basics and maintaining the momentum at all times.

 

The core elements of the role:

 

 

This is a complex site and as mentioned above, you need to have a hands-on approach as time in the factory is critical to the success of this role. Working in fast moving manufacturing sites in food, drinks or FMCG is essential as is your electrical background and appropriate qualifications.
